How I work

There is no one way to do therapy. You are unique and bring your own personal history and goals. We will work together to create a plan that fits you. Things like frequency and length of our sessions will depend on your individual needs. If you will be using your insurance benefits, that is often a factor as well.

What is EMDR Therapy?

Send me a confidential email letting me know what you are looking for and any logistics (like insurance or schedule). From there, we’ll set up a free 15-minute consultation call. If my services are a good fit, we’ll schedule an initial meeting to get to know one another, talk about your history, and your goals. Next, we collaborate to create a plan to help you meet your goals.
