There is no one way to do therapy. You are unique and bring your own personal history and goals. We will work together to create a plan that fits you. Things like frequency and length of our sessions will depend on your individual needs. If you will be using your insurance benefits, that is often a factor as well.

EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing and it’s an evidence-based approach that helps people move past traumatic experiences in their life. It has helped so many of my clients find a sense of peace and meaning in their lives.

If my services are a good fit, we’ll schedule an initial meeting to get to know one another, talk about your history, and your goals. Next, we collaborate to create a plan to help you meet your goals.
